Extraction, containment, equipment placement, and daily moisture documentation on residential and commercial losses. IICRC WRT preferred; we will train and certify the right candidate.

Emergency Response Driver / Crew Lead
Full-time
Run the truck, stage equipment, and lead a two- to three-person crew on storm, water, and board-up calls across MD, DC, and Northern Virginia. Clean driving record required.
Roofing Technician
Full-time / seasonal
Emergency tarping, repair, tear-off, and re-roof work. Comfortable on steep-slope residential roofs and able to document conditions for insurance.
Project Coordinator / Claims Documentation
Full-time
Build adjuster-ready files: photo sets, moisture logs, line-item scopes, and carrier correspondence. Xactimate experience is a strong plus.
