An open roof turns one storm into weeks of interior damage. EMC tarps Westphalia roofs around the clock, in the dark, and in weather, so the water stops today.
Properly fastened, battened tarps that survive the next storm
Shrink-wrap for large or complex roof sections
Interior water extraction while the roof is secured
Photo documentation of the opening before and after
Direct handoff to permanent roof repair or replacement
Why Westphalia properties are different
A lot of Westphalia roofs we tarp are on homes with multiple additions, meaning several roof planes tying into one another. Those valleys and transitions are where storms find the way in, and where a poorly anchored tarp blows off in the next round of wind.
