Why Westphalia properties are different
Water moves differently depending on how a house is built. In Westphalia, New-construction envelope leaks showing up in the first storm season. That means we check below-grade spaces, wall cavities behind Westphalia-era finishes, and the underside of every subfloor before we call a structure dry.
